The Samiti was started in the year 1968 with abundant grace of our beloved Bhagwan. It continued to spread the activities in Spiritual and Seva wings. 

Nagar Sankirtan :- 2nd Fridays of every month at SSG Hospital and on 4th Fridays from the main Centre.

Vedam:- Every Thursday at 6.15 pm to 7 pm

Bhajan:- Every Thursday at 7 pm to 8 pm

Narayan Seva:- Regular Narayan Seva is done on monthly basis by all the 13 Units.

Rashtriya Narayan Seva:- Every month, Rashtriya Narayan Seva is done for about 100 people. Food grains and other necessary pulses are distributed to the neediest families.

Amrut Kalasam:- On the occasion of Swami’s Birthday, Guru Purnima and Aaradhana Divas, Amrut Kalasam packets are provided to about 650 families.

Bal Vikas : Total 33 Bal Vikas Centres in different area of Vadodara and Two School BalVikas Centres.

Medical Activities :-  Allopathy, Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Vibrionics

Physiotherapy service : Every Thursdays @ Sathya Sai Seva Samithi, Dandiabzar

General Check Up : Every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays @ Sri Sathya Sai Seva Sankul, Chhani

Rural Health Centre at Amlipura :-  Every Sundays (General treatment, Ophthalmology, Dental and Physiotherapy)

Blood Donation Camps:- As per the need of patients and as per requirement by SSG Hospital, Vadodara.

Hospital Visits:- Every 15 days
